USEast Increased Errors
We are currently experiencing increased errors due to a recent release. The release is being rolled back now and normal operation is expected to resume shortly. We will provide an update once the rollback is complete.
AWS Outage

USEast Filter
We are seeing errors on our USEast cluster. Filtering has been placed into CIPA compliance mode while we debug the issue. What is CIPA Compliance Mode? CIPA Compliance Mode is a safeguard we use to make sure students continue to have a safe, CIPA-compliant internet experience even if part of our system is experiencing issues. During this time, you may notice that access to the Safety Console dashboard is limited. This mode allows our engineers to isolate issues behind the scenes without disrupting safe browsing for end users.
